Chase’s story
A journey marked by courage
This video shares an earlier chapter. Chase’s story has continued, and an updated version will be shared in the future.
Born of Love
Lock In Hope began with Emma and Chase—and with Emma’s understanding that cancer changes the sibling’s story, too.

01
Emma knows what it means to be the sibling of a child with cancer. As Chase faced cancer and treatment four times, she experienced the worry, changes, hospital days and uncertainty alongside him.
She was his sister through the hardest moments—comforting him, making him smile and learning much too young how illness can reshape an entire family.

02
Emma wanted other siblings to receive something chosen especially for them—a reminder that their feelings, courage and place in the family matter.
That idea became Lock Boxes of Love: thoughtfully curated gifts built around each sibling’s age, personality and favorite things.
